Do I need previous experience to ride on a Vespa?

No. You ride as a passenger with a trained driver. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey.

What should I wear?

Light, comfortable clothing and closed‑toe shoes are ideal. A hat and sunscreen are recommended for the outdoor portions.

Is the tour suitable for children or seniors?

Yes. The pace is gentle, and the experience is adaptable. However, the Vespa portion may not be suitable for very young children.

How much walking is involved?

The walking portions are gentle and short, mainly in Tao Dan Park and the market. The majority of the journey is by cyclo, Vespa, or private vehicle.

Are tips expected?

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated for excellent service. Normal practice 10-15$ per pax for guide, 5-7$ per pax for driver.

What if my cruise ship changes its schedule?

We monitor port timings closely. If your ship adjusts arrival or departure times, we will adapt the tour whenever possible.

Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Terms

Booking Your reservation is confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received. All bookings are handled directly with our team to ensure accuracy, personalized service, and seamless coordination with your cruise schedule.

Deposit A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the tour, payable online or in cash on the day of your excursion.

Guest Cancellations

  • More than 7 days before the tour: Any balance paid (beyond the deposit) is fully refunded.

  • 3–7 days before the tour: A 50% charge applies (covered by your deposit).

  • Less than 72 hours or no‑show: A 100% charge applies.

Cruise Ship Changes If your cruise ship fails to dock or changes its schedule in a way that makes the tour impossible, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Operator Cancellations If we must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund, including the deposit.
