1. Guaranteed Cruise‑Ship Refund Protection

Your booking is fully protected.
If your cruise ship cannot dock or tender due to weather or operational decisions by the cruise line, you will receive a 100% refund — automatically and without any fees.
This is our Cruise‑Ship Guarantee, designed for your peace of mind.

2. Port Pick‑Up & On‑Time Return Guarantee

All tours include direct pick‑up and drop‑off at the port where your ship arrives.
Our itineraries are carefully planned around your ship’s schedule, and we guarantee you will be returned to the port at least 60–90 minutes before all‑aboard time.
Your safety and timely return are our highest priority.

3. Professional, Licensed & Trusted Operator

Saigon Shore Trips is a fully licensed tour operator in Vietnam, specializing in private and small‑group shore excursions for international cruise guests.
Our guides are trained professionals, our vehicles are modern and insured, and our operations follow international safety standards.
You are in safe, reliable hands from start to finish.

4. Booking & Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Saigon Shore Trips.
We recommend booking early to secure availability, especially during peak cruise season.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable, as arrangements and staffing have already been secured.

6. Weather, Traffic & Itinerary Adjustments

Vietnam’s weather and traffic conditions may require itinerary adjustments for safety or timing.
If changes are necessary, we will always provide the best possible alternative while maintaining tour quality.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must ensure they are physically able to participate in the selected tour.
Please inform us of any mobility limitations or medical conditions at the time of booking.

8. Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Saigon Shore Trips is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.

9. Travel Insurance

We recommend all guests carry travel insurance covering medical care, trip interruption, and personal belongings.
