3. Our vehicle fleet is always available for your last-minute booking or in an emergency. Please allow us 30-45 minutes to prepare and drive to your pick-up spot. Saigon is the biggest city, and traffic jams can be unavoidable at times, but we will find the shortest route to get to you at our best.
4. Choosing us means you choose the high-quality, the right value, safety, and hassle-free experience for your trip. Just sit back, relax, and tour – our team of front and back office operations will take care of your trip to ensure your maximum enjoyment and make every minute of your experience count.
5. Port fee is non-commissionable and is paid to the local port authority if you want the pick-up to happen right at the gangway. The port permit application is $25 US or $30 US per person, depending on the ports of call, and processing takes a day or two. Alternatively, you can save money by taking the cruise ship’s shuttle to the port gate, where your driver and tour guide (if any) are waiting for you.
6. On our vehicles, there’s always water and wipes during transfer, and they are complimentary for your comfort. If you don’t see them, just please let your driver know, he will then show you where he placed them – maybe on the side door or in front of you.
