  • 3–7 days before the tour: A 50% charge applies (covered by your deposit).

  • Less than 72 hours or no‑show: A 100% charge applies.

Cruise Ship Changes If your cruise ship fails to dock or changes its schedule in a way that makes the tour impossible, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Operator Cancellations If we must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund, including the deposit.
