Frequently asked questions

Can you pick up at the cruise ship gangway instead of the port gate?

Yes, there is an additional fee required by the port authority, which is $30 per guest, in addition to the tour price. To apply for the pick-up permit from the cruise ship gangway, we will need a scan of your passport, the details of your port of call, and your tour date. Most cruise ships provide shuttle buses that run from the gangway to the port gate every 15 to 30 minutes, so you can take the shuttle bus to the port gate.

Each coach has a maximum of 18 guests, allowing our tour guide to provide personalized attention and increase interaction by answering questions during the tour.

Do you serve cold water during the tour?

If we don't see the guide & driver, do you have a number that we can call?

Once you successfully book your tour, you will receive a hotline number that is available 24/7. You can call this number if you do not see the guide or driver when you arrive at the port gate.

Is tipping included in the tour price?

Tipping is not included in the price of the tour. If you are satisfied with our services, please consider tipping your tour guide and driver at the end of the trip.
