1. Booking Confirmation & Financials

All private excursions orchestrated by Saigon Shore Trips are confirmed exclusively in writing via our Private Travel Desk. Upon your reservation request, our specialists meticulously verify regional port clearances, private luxury transport allocation, and dedicated expert guide availability.

• Retainer & Deposits: A secure deposit or full prepayment may be requested depending on the bespoke nature of the itinerary, private charter elements, or peak seasonal allocations.
• Currency & Billing: All tariffs are quoted and transacted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise formally agreed upon.

2. Cancellations & Itinerary Modifications

We recognize that luxury travel requires a high degree of agility. Our cancellation framework is designed to offer grace and accommodation in the face of shifting circumstances:

• Bespoke Cancellations: Cancellations communicated more than 14 days prior to your embarkation date are honored with a full refund, less any non-recoverable third-party commitments (such as pre-purchased domestic aviation or luxury train berths).
• Maritime Adjustments: Should your cruise liner alter its docking schedule, bypass a port, or experience weather-related maritime delays beyond your purview, you are entitled to a 100% reimbursement for the impacted private excursion.

3. The 100% Back-to-Ship Guarantee

Punctuality is the cornerstone of exceptional shore excursions. Operating across premier Vietnamese gateways—including Phu My, Chan May, and Halong Bay—our logistics team tracks live marine radar, regional traffic currents, and vessel departure manifests in real-time.

In the highly improbable event of an unforeseen delay within our direct control that compromises your vessel departure, our private concierge liaises immediately with port authorities and ship agents, ensuring you are escorted safely back to the gangway well ahead of all mandatory all-aboard times.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

To ensure a harmonious and safe journey for your private party and our personnel, guests are kindly requested to adhere to local customs, heritage site regulations, and instructions provided by your dedicated guide or driver.

• Health & Mobility: Please inform our Private Travel Desk of any specific mobility requirements or medical considerations at the time of booking so we can tailor your luxury transport accordingly.
• Onboard Timing: While our Back-to-Ship Guarantee provides total peace of mind, guests are expected to meet at designated pick-up times agreed upon for each port leg.
